Yasmeen Al Momani
Yasmeen Almomani is a passionate, young writer who loves to express her thoughts and fantasies through the form of fiction and creative writing. She has been enjoying her past two years in the Health Sciences program, and is eager to pursue a postgraduate degree that involves a career in helping others in the health sector. She is a firm believer in advocating for mental health, which drove her to become a Peer Wellness Educator at Wilfrid Laurier University.
Her devotion towards childrens' literature expansion motivates her to be an Executive for Laurier Students of Learning, a club dedicated to reading and writing with children, to strengthen their literacy skills.
As a writer, she is fond of authoring and reading short stories, specifically fictional onces, and is excited to bring her creativity and ideas to the Muslimah Project.
